To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 3: Submit clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage. Evidence should clearly show the issue from multiple angles, including:
Step 4: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 working days and notify you of the outcome
Step 5: If approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost
Note: You do not need to return the defective product to us. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will process your replacement immediately.
Replacement Shipping: We will cover the full shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you once your warranty claim is approved.
Once we verify your warranty claim, we will ship your replacement within 1-2 working days. Delivery of your replacement will follow our standard shipping timeframes (2-3 working days for West Malaysia, 3-5 working days for East Malaysia).
