Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day after the order is placed, provided there are no changes or cancellations to your order.

Important: If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Any modifications or cancellations requested after the order has been placed may delay the processing time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders, regardless of order value.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Issues

  • Your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe
  • The package appears damaged upon delivery
  • You received an incorrect item
  • Items are missing from your order

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, flavors, and quantities.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items come with a 7-day warranty from the date you receive your order.

What's Covered: The warranty covers:

  • Defective products: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or non-functional due to manufacturing or shipping issues
  • Missing items: Products that were confirmed in your order but did not arrive in your package

What's NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Incorrect flavor selection
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling after delivery
  • Products that have been opened and consumed (unless the defect was clearly present upon arrival and reported immediately)
  • Issues not reported within the 7-day warranty period
  • Taste or flavor preferences

Warranty Limitations

  • 7-day period: Warranty claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • One-time claim: Each product is eligible for warranty claim only once
  • Replacement only: For valid warranty claims, we will provide a replacement product
  • Our discretion: We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if we believe the reason is unjustified or falls outside our warranty coverage

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email (see contact details below)

Step 2: Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue

Step 3: Submit clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage. Evidence should clearly show the issue from multiple angles, including:

  • The product packaging
  • The defective/damaged product
  • Any missing items (photo of what you received vs. your order confirmation)

Step 4: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 working days and notify you of the outcome

Step 5: If approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no cost

Note: You do not need to return the defective product to us. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will process your replacement immediately.

Warranty Shipping Costs

Replacement Shipping: We will cover the full shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you once your warranty claim is approved.

Warranty Processing Time

Once we verify your warranty claim, we will ship your replacement within 1-2 working days. Delivery of your replacement will follow our standard shipping timeframes (2-3 working days for West Malaysia, 3-5 working days for East Malaysia).
